Nook the Crook is back, and he’s bigger and better than before! This iconic meme-themed embroidery took roughly 233 hours to complete, and was recreated as a way to help showcase how much my skills have grown over the last few years. Everything from the hundreds of individually placed blades of grass, to the intricately stitched floral button down, is handmade and provides an immense level of detail that’s sure to bring delight and joy to Animal Crossing fans from around the globe (along with a few laughs). Complete with a custom Switch themed frame, you just might fool your friends into thinking this is the real deal!
The Switch frame was gifted by the wonderfully talented ACMS and measures 6.5x15.25” in diameter, while Tom Nook himself is embroidered onto a 5x9” canvas. This original piece is for an Instagram giveaway, but stickers and prints are available for purchase in the shop.
